Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work at withSandie
Booking your place is a commitment to holding that space for you, whether it is for a 1-1 coaching session, walk-and-talk, online session, workshop or retreat. I keep my groups small and my diary carefully managed so I can give you my full attention. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable.
Cancellations
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as early as you can. While payments are non-refundable, I will always do my best to work with you to find a suitable alternative where possible, such as:
• Offering an alternative date or time for 1-1 sessions.
• Moving your booking to a future workshop or retreat, where spaces allow.
Any changes are at my discretion and depend on availability, venue commitments and other costs already incurred.
Late cancellations & no-shows
If you cancel at short notice or do not attend a booked session, workshop or retreat without letting me know, the full fee will still be charged. This is because I have reserved that time and space for you and may not be able to offer it to someone else at short notice.
If you have experienced an emergency or unexpected situation, please reach out to me and we can discuss options. I aim to balance clear boundaries with compassion and understanding.
