Join me to explore this beautiful garden, taking an opportunity to unwind, slow down and connect. The day will start and finish with short introductions to Qi Gong. In between will be gentle and creative mindful practices, so that you go home feeling refreshed and restored.

About the event
Join me to explore this beautiful garden, taking an opportunity to unwind, slow down and connect. The day will start and finish with short introductions to Qi Gong, a gentle practice, a bit like Tai Chi.
In between will be gentle and creative mindful practices, so that you go home feeling refreshed and restored.
Refreshments with homemade cake provided - please bring your own lunch.
Please note, this garden is terraced and on a steep incline so it may be unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. Please call to find out more if necessary.
